1.1    Proposal introduction

When vehicle enters the dynamic weighing region, it has also entered the license plate recognition place, the system will recognize vehicle license plate, and the result could be uploaded to the software system of detection station. Detection station software system matching the uploaded vehicle license plate data with vehicle weighing data, and according to the requirements of overloaded vehicles discriminant standard set up transfinite limit, automatic identifying whether the vehicle is overweight or overspending. If vehicles overrun, according to the user’s

settings, can provide prompt information to external display device. Every car


will form a complete car information, including vehicle speed, axle load, the number of shaft, wheelbase, vehicle weight, license plate, the speed of the car, over time, whether overrun, and upload to the sub-center database, convenient for searching, sharing and analysis car record.

Sub-center as a data server provider, can storage and manage for the large capacity data. Highway preview sub-center management system is a part of the PC software system, through this management software can conduct remote management for multiple testing sites, and can detect high speed site equipment’s running state. Through the function of real-time display, retrieval, analysis, tabulated car record, can provide data interface to the third party system and convenience for data access and extract.

As the most top level of the high-speed preview internet of things system, provincial center collect the provincial data. It can manage multiple sub-centers, simultaneous searching multiple data servers, and to a large number of car data for intelligent analysis. High-speed preview province center management system, belongs to the PC software system too, user can selectively installed according to requirements.

11.    Test high speed (speed: 0.5 ~ 105 km/h) vehicle’s axle load, speed, wheelbase, total weight and can separate automatically;

12.  System adaptability is strong, such as terrain slope, corner has been used successfully. In the fog, rain, such bad weather, will not affect the normal operation of system, also does not affect the accuracy of weighing and speed test.

16.    According to the requirements of speeding and overweight vehicles discriminant standard to set value of speeding and overweight, which users can easily adjust, the system automatically identifying whether vehicles speeding or overweight.

17.   Can automatically transfer data and store the images of the vehicles. Provide the breakpoint uploader functions, namely, when the network is disconnected, car data can be stored for 24 hours; after the network recovery, since the break point automatically upload data.

18.  Realize intelligent analysis, according the condition of time period, where

the car passed to analyzed, and display in the form of a chart.


19.  Provide function of system network connection test, can dynamic rendering system topology structure, real-time test connection status of each node in the network.
